500 Internal Server Error - فوق ضروری، خواهشا

با سلام

دوستان میدونم شاید عنوان برایتان بسیار تکرای باشد، ولی واقعا کلافه ام کرده نه میتونم با راهنمایی های موجود در نت مشکلم را حل کنم و نه کمکی از شرکتی که هاست را خریداری کردم میشود.

در ابتدا لازم و ضروری میدونم که از خجالت شرکت میزبان پایتخت به آدرس ehost.ir باید دربیام، دوستان این شرکت فوق العاده میباشد و یک پشتیبانی فوق العاده ای دارد:

خوب دقت کنید:

بعد از 30روز از اعلام مشکل و کلی درخواست کمک جوابیه شرکت را داشته باشید:

هر خدمات اضافی که مربوط به سرویس های میزبان پایتخت نباشد هزینه جداگانه ای در بر دارد، همچنین این امکان وجود دارد که از طریق جستجو کردن در موتور های مختلف جستجو مشکل خودتان را بیابید.

بگذریم

دوستان یک ماه ای هست با خطای زیر در هنگام بررسی جوملا و یا بررسی افزونه ها از طریق مدیریت برای آپدیت و یا رفتن به مدیریت قالب ها مواجه میشوم:

Internal Server Error 500

Request Timeout

This request takes too long to process, it is timed out by the server. If it should not be timed out, please contact administrator of this web site to increase 'Connection Timeout'.

و راه حل های زیر را هم بررسی کرده ام، ولی مشکل همچنان پابرجاست، آیا راه حلی برای رفع مشکل هست؟

1) سطح دسترسی پوشه ها به 755 و فایل ها به 644

2) ویرایش followSymlinks به SymLinksIfOwnerMatch و حذف Options All در فایل .htaccess

آخرین نسخه جوملا رو هم نیز اکنون نصب دارم، نسخه 3.3.0.

آیا اگر فایل دیگری را میگویید، بگید تا اینجا بزارم.

به نظر مشکل از جوملای شماست

اگر قالب نال شده استفاده کردید باید تغییر بدید و نسخه اورجینال بگیرید و حتما و حتما قالب آپدیت بشه به آخرین نسخه

جوملا شما باید آپدیت بشه به آخرین نسخه

جداول دیتابیس شما باید یکبار fix بشه

دوست عزیز از قالب خاصی استفاده نکردم، فقط از فریم ورک گانتری کمک گرفتم. اونم که رایگان است و از سایت خودش دانلود کردم

جوملا هم که گفتم آخرین نسخه است، هم اکنون 3.3.0

جداول را هم از از طریق ادمین fix کردم، اگه روش دیگری دارد بفرمائید.

مشکل شما اینجاست:

TemplatesViewStyle::getForm که به نظر در آپدیت جوملا مشکلی بوده

تایپیکی که معرفی کرده اید مربوط به خطای زیر است

که درست میگویند، و با آپدیدت جوملا به آخرین نسخه یعنی 3.3.0 این خطا برطرف شد،

ولی خطای ذکر شده در پست اول قبل از این آپدیت و نیز هم اکنون پابرجاست.

با اینکه میدونم مزاحمتون شدم ولی درصورت امکان بازم موارد را بررسی کنید، همچنان به کمکتان احتیاج دارم
