سلام میشه راهنمایی کنید که چطوری نصب میشه؟ از قسمت مدیریت افزونه ها نصب نمیشه

خیلی ممنون می خوام یه سایتی با جوملا شبیه سایت مرجع دانشگاهی کشور درست کنم از کجا باید شروع کنم قالبش رو باید خودم طراحی کنم؟
