مشکل با سرور

سلام

الان 3 4 ساعتی هست وقتی میخوام برم تو قسمت محصولات ویرچومارت ارور زیر رو میده. کسی میتونه راهنمایی کنه؟ خیلی فوریه

منم چند بار با همین خطا روبه رو شدم.کش رو پاک و دوباره تست کنید.اگه بازهم با همین خطا روبه رو شدید،مشکل از سرور هست و رفع میشه

به مدیر سرور تیکت بدید

کش رو پاک کردم افاقه نکرد. به هاست تیکت زدم منتظر جوابم.

امکان داره فایلی چیزی پاک شده باشه؟ چون فقط قسمت آخرین محصولات و مدیریت رسانه ی ویرچومارت رو که میزنم این ارور رو میده. اینم لینک مشکلم در سایت خود ویرچومارت

جوابی که تو ویرچومارت دادن این بوده.

" برو تو رکورد تو کنترول پنل اونجا ببین ارور چیه از طریق ftp هم میتونی ببینی

احتمالا مشکل از url هستش باید اما رکورد لوگ میتونه کمکتون کنه"

ولی منظورش رو نفهمیدم ...

کسی میتونه بگه جوابی که به من دادن یعنی متن زیر دقیقا به چه معنایی هست؟

I think it is most likely a url or .htaccess issue but the log record should help.

این خطا مربوط به سرور هست

شما باید error_log رو از سرور نگاه کنید.یه فایل به همین نام تو روت دارید نگاه کنید داخل دلیل خطا قید شده

خوب این که واضحه ! ini_set() توسط سرور بسته شده,

احتمالا نمی تونید از این پلاگین استفاده کنید

خب چجوری حذفش کنم؟

معمولا برای امنیت بیشتر سرور تابع ini_set بسته میشه

مشکل شما ارتباطی به این تابع نداره

بک آپ 10 روز پیش رو برگردوندم درست شد.

ولی بازهم بعضی وقت ها اینطوری میشه .

این مشکل به سرور مربوط میشه و یک سوال از پشتیبانی سرور بکنید و موضوع را بهشون بگید . یا بگید که خطای سرور را موقت روشن کنند تا خطای سایت هم معلوم بشه.

تابع های امنیتی که بسته میشه معمئلا ربطی به خطای سایت نداره و شما باید دنبال Fatal error باشید .

ممنونم با آر اس فایروال دیتابیس رو چک کردم و درست شد. ولی هنوز نفهمیدم مشکل چیه
